With 50 ProRes 2K Fog videos and 3 categories to choose from, filmmakers can create an endless amount of misty and foggy looks. They can create every possible look from magical and smokey to eerie and hazy in the click of a button in any non-linear editing system.

The color grades are not the only thing that's extreme about this collection. With 100 presets to choose from, ProExtreme provides the ultimate library of color grading plugins for Final Cut Pro X. Users can simply mouse over the ProExtreme presets in the FCPX effects browser to preview them on their footage in real time.
+
Users can choose a ProFog composite from the Smooth category to create a thick London fog or a hazy Film Noire look. Layering the Smooth fog layers can make them appear denser and more ominous.
-
ProExtreme is not for the faint of heart. Inspired by the color tones of many contemporary dramas and action films, the ProExtreme collection can push color grades to the limit with aggressive color tones and bold styles.
+
Editors can also add fast moving, streaky clouds to their footage by choosing a file from the Wispy category. These wispy clouds have more defined and distint lines and streaks, so they can be layered to create more depth in the fog.

Pixel Film Studios professionally created these extreme color grades to work directly with FCPX. ProExtreme can help filmmakers stylize their next Final Cut Pro X project in the click of a button. Editors simply have to drag and drop one of the color grade presets on to their clip, adjust the color strength slider, and prepare to get extreme.
+
The ProFog video files from the aggressive category feature rolling, streaky flares caused by puffs of air. These fog composites work great on demo reels and title sequences.

ProFog video files can be used in any non-linear editing software, but when used in Final Cut Pro X, editors can add the ProFog Blending Tool to help blend and color correct the fog to better match their footage. For instance, changing the scale and blur of the fog can give it more depth.
