It would appear that Ignite run by Stream Energy has been around since 2004. Is Ignite Power cheaper? Better for the surroundings? Is it more reliable power? I was offered this opportunity since i have used to live in Texas. I looked into it completely and found determine that Ignite power is not a scam, but it was not for me.
The Company
The electriciy is only available for Texas residents so there is definitely a market cap or limitation on possible. The Founder and Managing Partner is definitely Chris Domhoff, including a lot of my friends. I am sure that some people are happy with Ignite powered by Stream Energy, but also for these reasons by itself I decided it had been not for me.
The Energy
The power company that they use is called Stream Energy and the only way you can use it is to be a part of the multilevel marketing company Ignite. I found that they do make use of some renewable energy however, not near just as much as most others like the TXU main Texas energy organization does. Their price per "kilowatt hour" (kWh) had not been much more expensive than the average company out there. But being that they are a smaller network marketing company, they could walk out business like Excel did and then you'll have the trouble of attempting to scramble in the "dark" to get another energy company to go with.
To compare options of electricity companies, you can head to http://www.powertochoose.org
The Home based business
I continue reading their site that it's $299. There is a $19.95 monthly web fee, merely to have the ability to promote their company for them. This seemed just a little silly to me. They will have different levels that you can achieve: managing director, but their payout seemed really low. If you signup 10 people in your 1st 60 days, you only get $200. They have some other payouts aswell, such as that you get a residual income of .50 cents per month for every customer, so you would only get $5/month.
My Conclusion
Stream Energy isn't a fraud and the Ignite Stream Energy does focus on something and real customers and not simply hiring people who recruit people, it looks to be a valid network marketing business, but the product and the business opportunity do not really compare to your competition out there, so that it didn't interest me.
I found something else. In my home business that I have been working for a couple of years now, my success group and I love working with something that is distinctive, patented, and fun to share and with an organization that truly pays out well enough that the average person can work from your home and develop a residual income within a few years that you could go on.
