<html>Lee Harvey Oswald shot by Jack Ruby
 +
The School Book Depository where Oswald shot Kennedy is now , featuring exhibits surrounding the tragedy. "The conspiracy theories are still around because people don't know what to believe,<strong>[http://bbs.51xingtai.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=528675 Jaime Carreon- I fought the yard and the yard won!]</strong>," said museum curator Gary Mack, who admits he's "not satisfied with the official story."
 +
 +
If Oswald didn't act alone, who was behind the shooting in Dallas's Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963? Some conspiracy theorists believe "the oil people" may have organized a hit on the President; others suspect "people who didn't like the way Kennedy handled civil rights."
 +
 +
Perry shared five conspiracy theories he believes rank among the most popular:
 +
 +
1. "LBJ had it done"
 +
 +
Perry has shot this one down. "It's based primarily on statements made by Madeleine Brown," who Perry described as a "crackpot." Brown -- who died in 2002 -- claimed to have had an affair with Johnson. She also claimed that LBJ had attended a party with ex-Vice President Richard Nixon, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover and others the night before the attack. According to Perry, Brown said LBJ whispered into her ear, "After tomorrow, those Kennedys will never embarrass me again. That's no threat. That's a promise."
 +
 +
"That's absolutely not true,<strong>[http://fxbbs.dd369.com/thread-1047606-1-1.html Getting painkillers from Franconia doctor was ‘too easy’ patients testify]</strong>," said Perry, who said his research proved LBJ couldn't have been at the alleged party that night, debunking Brown's story.
 +
 +
"A lot of Texans didn't like Johnson -- they thought he was a crook -- so as a result,<strong>[http://softvent.com/images/Giants-Jerseys-For-Cheap.html Authentic Giants Jerseys Sale]</strong>, they started creating this fiction after the assassination where he wanted Kennedy out so he could be president," Perry said. "But we've found no evidence, and we know that all the stuff that Madeleine Brown said was contrived."
 +
 +
2. The "military industrial complex" did it
 +
 +
Nope, that doesn't wash either, said Perry. "The claim is that Kennedy was going to pull (American) troops out of Vietnam (and that) the military wanted to pour more people into Vietnam. That's technically not correct. He talked about trying to resolve the situation, but he never made a claim that he was going to pull out of there."
 +
 +
3. "The mob" did it
 +
 +
Sorry, said Perry, no veracity to that. "There's at least three different groups that they claim independently did this: There's the Chicago mob, the Miami mob, and the New Orleans mob. But it's all hearsay."
 +
 +
4. "Oswald acted alone as part of an unknown conspiracy"
 +
 +
It's possible there were individuals who helped Oswald, but who weren't part of any larger group or perhaps unaware of what he was planning. "Remember John Wilkes Booth shot Lincoln and four were hung, including the first woman ever to be hung (by the federal government,) Mary Surratt," he said.
 +
 +
5. "The CIA did it"
 +
 +
This is the conspiracy theory that interests Perry the most. "The problem is, of all of them, this is one I can't debunk," he laughs.
 +
 +
"Supposedly Kennedy was fed up with the shenanigans that the CIA was pulling," Perry said. "He found out the CIA was trying to kill (Cuban leader Fidel) Castro, which is a fact. So the argument is that the CIA felt that Kennedy was going to disband them. And as a result of that, they were the ones that ordered the killing of Kennedy."
 +
 +
Perry points out that a former head of the CIA, Allen Dulles, was a member of the Warren Commission,<strong>[http://softvent.com/images/Giants-Jerseys-For-Cheap.html Authentic Giants Jerseys On Sale]</strong>, the special Johnson-appointed panel tasked with the official investigation of the assassination. The commission determined that Oswald acted alone.
 +
 +
Oswald was a supporter of Soviet-backed Cuba.
 +
 +
"We know Oswald was in the Russian embassy in Mexico City," Perry said. "We even know who he talked to. But we don't know what was said. Then a few weeks later, he shoots Kennedy."
 +
 +
"It may have been something that they overheard involving him and the Russians. Or, maybe the CIA had Oswald on the payroll. He might have been a double agent."
 +
 +
Is it possible that Russians ordered Oswald to do it?
 +
 +
Not likely, said Perry. The Russians would never have ordered Oswald to kill Kennedy because of his well-known links to Russia and his pro-Cuban sympathies. Russia's leaders knew they would have been the first suspects if they'd engineered an assassination by Oswald. It would have been an act of war, which could have triggered a nuclear attack.
 +
 +
"We need to know what happened in Mexico City," Perry said.
 +
 +
The answer, he said, may be contained in still-classified CIA documents. The U.S. National Archives currently holds a number of unreleased CIA documents related to the assassination. Those papers are scheduled to be made public in 2017 as part of the 1992 Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act.
 +
 +
"CIA has followed the provisions of the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act, and the National Archives has all of the agency's documents and files on the Kennedy assassination," said CIA spokesman Edward Price. "The classified information contained in the files remains subject to the declassification provisions of the Act."
 +
 +
So, either we already know the truth, Oswald acted alone, or -- worst-case scenario -- we may never know the whole truth,<strong>[http://keyamassociates.com/Patriots-Jerseys-For-Cheap.html Authentic Patriots Jerseys Sale]</strong>, prompting one more question surrounding the killing of JFK: Would America be OK with that?

Partial list of Typhoon Yolanda survivors

<html>Social media networking sites have been flooded with desperate pleas from Filipinos everywhere looking for information about their loved ones who may be victims of Typhoon Yolanda. With telecommunications and power still down in much of the Visayas, typhoon survivors have had difficulty communicating with the outside world.

Thankfully, some volunteers and officials have managed to collect names of some survivors and transmit these to the media. GMA News reporter Jiggy Manicad collected dozens of handwritten messages from survivors during his coverage in Tacloban over the weekend. GMA News has also taken the liberty of posting photos of survivors whose faces were caught on camera by our field crews.

Below is also a partial list collated by the the ground team of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Information Communication Technology Management Service Disaster Response Augmentation Team in Tacloban. The list will be updated as more names are collected.

If you have information about Typhoon Yolanda survivors, you are encouraged to input your information directly into the Typhoon Yolanda Person Finder, powered by Google. /DVM, GMA News

'Adarna' stars on Typhoon Yolanda victims- -We dedicate our

Yes, nasa GMA Telethon kaming dalawa ni Kylie the other day. I m really happy to
help,   ayon kay Geoff.   Tsaka yung management group namin, yung PPL,Authentic Patriots Jerseys On Sale, we re also planning a drive. We re gathering all our things, yung mga pinaglumaan naming mga gamit and food also. And meron rin na taga sa amin na pupunta to the places that have been affected, dagdag pa niya.

We have an event this Saturday. It s at Brixon Street in Kapitolyo, Pasig. We have gathered a lot of celebrity friends and also some non-showbiz individuals who have donated very nice branded clothes. We re going to sell them to generate more funds for basic necessities, ayon kay Saab.

My whole family is in Guam so malayo ang mararating ng dollar nila. So I think they re trying to find out how much ang gusto nila i-donate.

Kasi yung tomorrow naman,Bellarmine volleyball ace Courtney Schwan aims even higher Bellarmine volleyball ace Courtney Schwan aims even higher Bellarmine volleyball ace Courtney Schwan aims even higher Bellarmine volleyball ace Courtney Schwan aims even higher Bellarmine volleyball ace Courtney Schwan aims even higher, alam naman natin na may ibigay pa ang Panginoon.

There are a lot of big foundations and organizations na puwede tayong mag-join. Kasi that s the best way eh.,  ayon kay Mikael. Kaya ang payo ko sa mga tao, kung gusto n yo talaga tumulong, sumama kayo sa mga grupo like GMA Kapuso Foundation kasi if we do things as a group, mas mapapabilis ang pagdating ng tulong sa kanila. Not everyone can do something heroic like may ililgtas ka na tao. In every small way and if we work together, eventually, babangon din tayo.

Weekly Roundtable, Question 2- Surprises, Jacobson Stats Leg

<html>Saddle Brook s Chris Jacobson scored an incredible 58 points in the Falcons 76-56 win over Wallington.

What was the most surprising result of the weekend? And, the Chris? Jacobson game against Wallington 8 touchdowns, 58 points do we take? that as legit, or dismiss it because its a consolation game?

Ed Mills, Staff Writer
Probably the most surprising game was the Verona Hillbillies big win?over Cresskill in North 1, Group 1; Verona had a seven-point lead going?into fourth quarter, 21-14; Cresskill scored 14 points in a row to take?a 28-21 lead more than midway through the quarter; Verona scores with?3:18 left to make it 28-27 then misses the two-point conversion and?still behind by one; stop Cresskill then go 57 yards on winning drive?for field goal by Alex Kaslander as time expires to win a thriller,?30-28. Quite impressive; Now Hillbillies go to Hershfield Park and see?if they can be a giant-killer again against Pompton Lakes ???As for the Chris Jacobson game completely dismiss it; all?c onsolations, like quarterfinal sectional playoff games, should never?happen. It was like a flag football game, or maybe even touch football? for some of the consolations, kids play no defense and the numbers are?fake. How do you compare Jacobson s numbers to,[3],Authentic Giants Jerseys On Sale, say, a player who rushed? for 100 yards and one touchdown in the Cresskill-Verona game? Obviously,Authentic Giants Jerseys Sale,?the Cresskill-Verona game player is much more important to his?team .Consolation games are like the Pro Bowl numbers, game,?mean ABSOLUTELY ZERO ..Less than having a scrimmage against the?Jamesburg Correctional Institute in Central Jersey .??(And on AOW, I don t believe there would have been a vote for Jacobson?(nothing against him, had a great year, but it was obvious what Saddle?Brook was trying to do in the game, give him the ball every time, all?the time against a questionable Wallington defense) if he was nominated ..???All consolation game numbers, results, team scores, individuals, should?not count when figuring out final season statistics and for all-league,?all-county, all-North Jersey, all-state, etc. information ..?

Darren Cooper, Local Sports Columnist
Wow, Ed. Don t hold back. But I know a lot of people feel the same way you feel.
Jacobson is a great player, and to me, I think I take it with a grain of salt. None of us saw the game in person, so we don t know what the game play was really like. If I was there, I would feel stronger about my opinion. Wallington s defense did struggle this season, so this was kind of a perfect storm.
To me, it s more sad that we can t verify whether or not 58 points is a state record. Football records aren t accurate, so who really knows? Teams haven t kept all-time records, and we have lost a lot of history over the years.
I thought some of the scores were surprising, Westwood scoring 62, Pompton Lakes scoring 55?

Jim McConville, Staff Writer
Let me start with Jacobson s game. If it had come in a 76-10 rout, then it s a stat effort. Since the game was back and forth for three-plus quarters, it gains a little more legitimacy. Jacobson has been the Saddle Brook team all season long, so it isn t surprising to see numbers like that, but it is still a remarkable effort. Don t forget, he never comes off the field, so I would imagine he got to spend the following two days catching his breath. I will say that, all things considered, I probably would not make him a first-team All-County player. I ll catch some flak for this, but his stats, while impressive from a numbers standpoint, are inflated against some porous defenses.
This may sound strange, but I don t think there was a surprising result. Northern Highlands win over Wayne Hills was a 4-5 game and they had played a similar game in the season opener with Wayne Hills winning by a similar 17-14 score. If you want to say that Highlands winning on the road is significant, I ll give you that, but the Big Red running game is a very strong one and the Patriots just aren t the same team this year. Verona s defeat of Cresskill on the final play FG seems surprising by the seeds (7 vs. 2), but the Hillbillies play a very challenging schedule and Cresskill has shown moments of inconsistency.

Ed Mills, Staff Writer
Another most surprising result of weekend could have been Northern? Highlands over Wayne Hills, 17-14, in North 1, Group 4 .Great win for?coach LoCurto and Co., he s a great guy and it was an excellent effort?holding Patriots to only one touchdown for most of game until about 19?seconds left ..Question, though, if Chris Olsen was still coach at?Wayne Hills (and Wayne Demikoff is a real good guy and a good coach)?would that result have been reversed? Great coaches (not necessarily?great people, but that has nothing to do with final results) can make a?difference, sometimes it s not all the players ..??
And, just looking at the results of this weekend, two more winners ?besides St. John Vianney Rutherford and Manchester, time to get on? with winter sports, good decision and better for the health of the? teams, too it looks like they both did not play a consolation game ?like the rest of the state should take them up on doing the same?thing Nine games for regular season, then playoffs for top four ?teams in each section, other seasons should be over ..?

Keith Idec, Staff Writer
Seventh-seeded Verona beating second-seeded Cresskill on the road was mildly surprising, but hardly stunning. Cresskills 31-13 loss at New Milford on Oct. 25 was alarming, though I still thought theyd beat Verona and set up what wouldve been a highly anticipated North 1, Group 1 semifinal against Pompton Lakes.
I was surprised top-seeded Hasbrouck Heights was losing, 27-12, at halftime to eighth-seeded Hopatcong. But I didnt find that out until I already knew Hasbrouck Heights won, 43-27, so that probably doesnt count.
And while I didnt think sixth-seeded Hackensack would beat third-seeded Passaic Tech in North 1, Group 5, I did expect the Comets to play a much more competitive game than they did in a 34-6 loss to the Bulldogs during the regular season. You could tell almost immediately, though, that they were going to be in for another long night. Passaic Tech senior tailback Thomas Jefferson, who ran for 348 yards and four touchdowns in the first Passaic Tech-Hackensack game, ran for a 60-yard gain on Passaic Techs first play from scrimmage. He finished with 218 yards and two touchdowns, including a 66-yard TD.
Otherwise, nothing in the first round really surprised me.
As far as Chris Jacobson goes,Kung fu coffee master in Maca, I dont consider anything about what he did Saturday illegitimate. Saddle Brooks 76-56 win over Wallington was a competitive game, so its not like the Falcons were padding his stats for three quarters against a completely overmatched opponent. Wallingtons defense isnt good, but the Panthers passing game is tremendous, so Saddle Brook needed everything it got from Jacobson (369 yards,Authentic Patriots Jerseys Sale, seven TDs on 30 carries).
Saturdays epic performance also marked the third time this season Jacobson has rushed for at least 356 yards in a single game. I dont care who Saddle Brook played thats impressive. And even if you take away Jacobsons 356-yard game against Bogota, his 369-yard game against Wallington and his 405-yard game against North Arlington, he has rushed for 978 yards and nine TDs in the Falcons seven other games, six against playoff teams.

Mark Czerwinski, Staff Writer
Let me open with Jacobson. Sure it s legit. Wallington was playing to win, and it wasn t a one-sided romp. Wallington was a couple of wins away from making a serious playoff push in a strong bracket, and the Panthers aired their passing game as usual. Now, I heard from Saddle Brook that this was a single game scoring record breaking the mark of 48 points set by someone in 1950. You know how sketchy records are around here, so who knows. But if it is in fact a record, there s asterisk for consolation games. The kid had a grand finale to his high school career. Good for him. That s quite a legacy he leaves behind.
As for this weekend, upsets were few and far between, and nothing really blew me away. I was impressed with how Ramapo shook off the last three weeks of the regular season. I thought Hackensack would have pushed PCT a little harder, and I did think the Elmwood Park-Westwood game would be a little more of a shootout.

One JFK conspiracy theory that could be true

<html>Lee Harvey Oswald shot by Jack Ruby The School Book Depository where Oswald shot Kennedy is now , featuring exhibits surrounding the tragedy. "The conspiracy theories are still around because people don't know what to believe,Jaime Carreon- I fought the yard and the yard won!," said museum curator Gary Mack, who admits he's "not satisfied with the official story."

If Oswald didn't act alone, who was behind the shooting in Dallas's Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963? Some conspiracy theorists believe "the oil people" may have organized a hit on the President; others suspect "people who didn't like the way Kennedy handled civil rights."

Perry shared five conspiracy theories he believes rank among the most popular:

1. "LBJ had it done"

"That's absolutely not true,Getting painkillers from Franconia doctor was ‘too easy’ patients testify," said Perry, who said his research proved LBJ couldn't have been at the alleged party that night, debunking Brown's story.

"A lot of Texans didn't like Johnson -- they thought he was a crook -- so as a result,Authentic Giants Jerseys Sale, they started creating this fiction after the assassination where he wanted Kennedy out so he could be president," Perry said. "But we've found no evidence, and we know that all the stuff that Madeleine Brown said was contrived."

2. The "military industrial complex" did it

3. "The mob" did it

Sorry, said Perry, no veracity to that. "There's at least three different groups that they claim independently did this: There's the Chicago mob, the Miami mob, and the New Orleans mob. But it's all hearsay."

4. "Oswald acted alone as part of an unknown conspiracy"

It's possible there were individuals who helped Oswald, but who weren't part of any larger group or perhaps unaware of what he was planning. "Remember John Wilkes Booth shot Lincoln and four were hung, including the first woman ever to be hung (by the federal government,) Mary Surratt," he said.

5. "The CIA did it"

This is the conspiracy theory that interests Perry the most. "The problem is, of all of them, this is one I can't debunk," he laughs.

Perry points out that a former head of the CIA, Allen Dulles, was a member of the Warren Commission,Authentic Giants Jerseys On Sale, the special Johnson-appointed panel tasked with the official investigation of the assassination. The commission determined that Oswald acted alone.

Oswald was a supporter of Soviet-backed Cuba.

"We know Oswald was in the Russian embassy in Mexico City," Perry said. "We even know who he talked to. But we don't know what was said. Then a few weeks later, he shoots Kennedy."

"It may have been something that they overheard involving him and the Russians. Or, maybe the CIA had Oswald on the payroll. He might have been a double agent."

Is it possible that Russians ordered Oswald to do it?

Not likely, said Perry. The Russians would never have ordered Oswald to kill Kennedy because of his well-known links to Russia and his pro-Cuban sympathies. Russia's leaders knew they would have been the first suspects if they'd engineered an assassination by Oswald. It would have been an act of war, which could have triggered a nuclear attack.

"We need to know what happened in Mexico City," Perry said.

The answer, he said, may be contained in still-classified CIA documents. The U.S. National Archives currently holds a number of unreleased CIA documents related to the assassination. Those papers are scheduled to be made public in 2017 as part of the 1992 Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act.

"CIA has followed the provisions of the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act, and the National Archives has all of the agency's documents and files on the Kennedy assassination," said CIA spokesman Edward Price. "The classified information contained in the files remains subject to the declassification provisions of the Act."

So, either we already know the truth, Oswald acted alone, or -- worst-case scenario -- we may never know the whole truth,Authentic Patriots Jerseys Sale, prompting one more question surrounding the killing of JFK: Would America be OK with that?
