I pimped my first car by accident: practically by accident. My first car was a 1971 dodge competition and I was driving home from the sea when I spun out and dented the wheel on a cement island. When I bought the vehicle it came with the stock wheels and the tires were pretty worn. I wanted to replace the dented wheel anyway so just why not go all the way and obtain a whole new set. Because the wheels were slightly greater then your originals I'd need some new treads as well. This was to function as the first of many charges I'd include with this car. Nearly all of which inturn weren't of the pimping kind.

I bought a set of 5 spoke chrome wheels and some Goodrich radials. I was a teen just out of school so I had a restricted budget, which I had just spent. Money from the suit when a vehicle clipped me: but that's still another story. Anyway I loved how a new wheels appeared. Following a few days I pointed out that the rest of the vehicle looked just a little plain in comparison to those perfect wheels. I went and bought some pin draining tape and surely got to work. Many rolls later and just before my hands grabbed up I had a pleasant group of pinstripes. I was really pleased with myself, especially because I was a rank amateur at something automotive. Therefore I gave myself a pat on the rear hopped within my gleaming rolling flag striped trip and laid a good long patch of plastic to celebrate.

It wasn't read jt foxx well before I pointed out that the inside was looking somewhat boring compared to the outside. I liked the inventory three-spoke steering wheel but decided to go with a new polished wood steering wheel. I found some good seat covers and finished the inside transformation. Positive thing I had squeezed some overtime at work. So yet again I smoked the tires while resting comfortably in my pimping new seat covers with my hands firmly held around the varnished mahogany steering wheel.

Things were going good until I pulled up nest to my friend one day. I really could not hear him because his vehicle was thumping like herd of stampeding herd of elephants. After he drove off I realized I had to complete something about my anemic stock stereo system. Back again to work to ask for more overtime. Fortuitously the work was actually busy at that time. Well 2-3 weeks later I was tearing out the dashboard and installing my new Pioneer stereo, increasing the speakers in the front doors and the back windowsill, and bolting down the amplifiers and boom box in the trunk. One more time I lay in these soft chair covers and fired up my pimped out ride. I was rumbling and thumping as I peeled out from the entrance. The neighbors will need to have loved me then.

However which was the conclusion of my pimping activities with my first car. Next the old Challenger wanted a tad too much attention; brake jobs, lost tube heads, new carburetor. I never could keep up long enough to go that next level. Of a year later I bought her.

When my daughter gets her first car and desires to place in a player with my money needless to say I'll just sit her down and inform her "I pimped my first car..".
