However from last two decades together with changing life style and growing competition individuals are forgetting this valuable teaching and so are inviting various diseases to address their body. With increasing work strain and moving from one spot to another as the part of work responsibility people are not able to pay out proper awareness of their diet being an impact that their health experiences and they notice different types of actual problems.
