Well, its eventually happened: understanding! Here is the week that your egg will be fertilized and start its amazing process of becoming your baby.

After the egg is met by the sperm, they develop into a blastocyst of rapidly dividing cells. It goes down the fallopian tube, and in about 5 days it implants itself into the uterus.

You probably dont even know unless you've been following your cycles, you are pregnant and when you ovulated know. Your infant is currently a zygote and in a couple of weeks it will an embryo.

Week no 4

Ok, here is the week of implantation. This happens about 5 days after conception. The embryo, called a blastocyst today, has already reached the uterus and searches for a location to hide itself beneath surface. After finding that perfect position, the cells then divided in to two groups: the infant group and the placenta group.

You probably won't recognize your pregnant just yet. You could be a little queasy, tired or perhaps not. Many women feel they've PMS because this is about the full time she's supposed to begin her period. Your breasts will soon be tender and you might have pain in your pelvic area. Your babys anchor, spine and nervous system are forming. Liver, kidneys and intestines are just starting to take form, and facial features are emerging. Soon that mysterious pulse will become!
