Dr. Thomas Ladner, attorney at law, holds both a masters degree and a doctorate in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of St. Gall, Switzerland. He is a member of the Swiss Lawyers' Association and a counsel at meyerlustenberger, a leading law firm in Zurich. The Swiss business publication Bilanz rated him as one of the most influential business lawyers in Switzerland and among the most influential business people in Zurich. Thomas Ladner Mr. Ladner has over 12 years of transactional Merger & Acquisition and Private Equity experience and is an expert on Corporate Governance issues. To date he has been appointed to several boards of investment and asset management companies. He was instrumental in founding of and chaired some of the most influential business networks in Switzerland and Germany, notably: Club zum Rennweg, Entrepreneurs’ Roundtable, and the Griffith-Club. He also is a member of the board of the Swiss Management Association (Schweizerische Management Gesellschaft), the largest association of managers and board members in Switzerland.
