My passion is building businesses. I have been building and selling businesses since 1990 and I think it is important to invest in people rather than just products. I'm a great believer that it is people who create a successful business through their passion and conviction.

I work with entrepreneurs through private equity firm ventures and the advisory growth division, Monarch Equity Venture Partners. I enjoy joining them on their journey to success and seeing them fulfill their potential.

We are particularly active in working with entrepreneurial recruitment business owners and are building a substantial investment portfolio in staffing organisations within Europe

Monarch Venture Partners works specifically with small and medium sized businesses to facilitate rapid growth and achieve maximum value on exit.
