You've the ability to teach your mind how to be happy in life to decide on what you think, rather than allowing random thoughts to keep you hostage. Your goal would be to become inner-directed and focused, to ensure that you determine what you want to think, in place of have your feelings and thoughts based on the planet around you. The untrained mind has more emotional ups and downs since it is reacting to random thoughts. Give attention to what you would like with excitement and joy.

Remember, just like the Earth, your brain doesn't determine that which you plant. It will work just like hard to grow weeds as it will to grow beautiful flowers. You decide the vegetables which can be planted by what you say to yourself over and over.

Basically, you're a prophecy because your subconscious mind does not know the difference between factual reality and imagined reality. If you give attention to what you say you dont want, then as the rule demand in your knowledge you will create that.

Therefore, keep dedicated to that which you do need. Establish your self since the new person you made a decision to be. (Example: I am a weight for my body and lifestyle.) If you are still seeking to lose weight, you might want to say anything like: I'm letting my body to acquire its perfect balance for vigor and health. Lots of your beliefs don't have any basis of truth, therefore in the place of promoting your purpose, they hold you back from success.

You'll take actions which make these ideas become reality, if you think you're destined to be over weight, substandard, poor, unlucky in love, awkward, as well as not good at something. None of these ideas are actually true, but thinking them creates beliefs and images in these negative statements that are reinforced by your mind until they actually become true for you personally.

You're programming yourself to believe that you are too weak and powerless to over come the habit. These bad permissions clutter up your ability to change your actions. Focus on yourself when you hear yourself uttering negative permissions and negative reinforcements.

Prevent bad self-talk: I cant try this. I dont understand. Ill look stupid. Im too old to master new skills. They make me feel silly. Thats just the way in which I am. Theres nothing I will do. No body in my own family may do it, therefore I know I cannot.

Modify your self-talk to positive reinforcement for changing old habits (practices). A confident view creates more choices for innovative solutions. Remember, focus on what you want. Keep it simple and sure.
