Pick up any magazine or newspaper and you will likely find some article about leadership and Management style. You'll also notice a movement from technology and performance in an intuitive and relationships. It's not so much what you do but who you are that makes up the leadership skills for women potential. And perhaps, it is also, how far you're willing to expand your "learning containers" to include all aspects of the self: mind, body, soul and heart. Things are changing. Empowering women Collaboration: Work word is derived from the Latin "laboro" meaning work and prefix, "col", meaning together. Working is to work together. Recent studies have shown that women are particularly adept at working in partnership with the emphasis being the specific results achieved collectively. Perspective shifts from acting as individual for the benefit of the whole. It is inclusive perspective that goes beyond the polarization that dictates for me to win you have to lose. It's not so much that women are not competitive but more women can view results from a different perspective, from place internally or collective work or collective success. In this context, cooperation model was used to produce this type of result. With business requires more work with fewer resources is a collaborative model poised to increase productivity and sales while maintaining morale and commitment.
