As was mentioned above, if your plan isn't something you think you can commit to: loosen up your plan to something that is feasible given your lifestyle and condition.

3. See the program through

Keep on keeping on, remain focused on your weight reduction goals, and don't give up. It is maybe not the easiest thing starting, but it is a proven fact that it takes 21 days to make a habit.
