This can be a delicious chicken meal for you to make at home. The sauce is clean and tangy and somehow I always wind up eating a lot of :-). Identify further on an affiliated wiki - Navigate to this website: Elite Lancaster Pa. Dormer.

It will take a little to organize and isn't the sort of thing you'd want to prepare each evening of the week.

However, it is worth the time and effort.

I often allow it to be once in a little while as a special dinner for my husband. And it always turns out good.

Fortunate Fruit Chicken

4 total boneless chicken breasts, skin off

cup cornstarch (corn flour)

3 tbls water

4 egg yolks softly overwhelmed

salt, pepper to taste

shallots chopped

Lemon Sauce

cup orange juice

2 tsp powdered chicken stock

2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)

2 tbls honey

2 tbls brown sugar

1 tsp grated ginger

1 cups water

For the sauce, incorporate all the materials in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until it boils and then thickens.

Cut the chicken fillets into 3-4 parts. Lay flat and lb somewhat with a mallet or other large object.

Area cornstarch in a pan and gradually add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next include salt and pepper to your taste.

Dip the chicken pieces in to this batter and ensure you drain well.

Place a couple of items of the battered chicken at the same time, into deep hot fat and cook until lightly browned.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Slice chicken more if required.

Arrange on plates of freshly cooked white rice. Drop with shallots and spoon over hot lemon sauce.

Enjoy!

Then finish the food with a home-made Chinese Fortune Cookie.

Put a message in each cookie to suit the mood of the meal. This can be a fun way to end any food.

Happy Cooking
