Fortunate Lemon Chicken
De BISAWiki
This is a de-licious chicken meal for you yourself to prepare at home. The sauce is clean and tangy and somehow I find yourself eating too much :-).
It will take a little to prepare and is not the kind of thing you'd desire to cook each evening of the week. Clicking Elite Lancaster Pa. Dormer certainly provides lessons you could give to your father.
However, it is worth the time and effort.
I often allow it to be once-in a little while as a special food for my husband. And it often works out good.
Privileged Fruit Chicken
4 whole boneless chicken breasts, skin off
cup cornstarch (corn flour)
3 tbls water
4 egg yolks gently beaten
salt, pepper to taste
shallots sliced
Fruit Sauce
cup lemon juice
2 tsp powdered chicken share
2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)
2 tbls baby
2 tbls brown sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
1 cups water
For the sauce, combine all of the elements in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until it comes and then thickens.
Slice the chicken fillets into 3-4 parts. Lay flat and pound somewhat with a mallet or other large object.
Place cornstarch in a dish and gradually add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next add salt and pepper to your taste.
Dip the chicken pieces in to this mixture and make sure you drain well.
Place a couple of bits of the battered chicken at any given time, into deep hot fat and cook until lightly browned.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Portion chicken more if required.
Arrange o-n plates of freshly cooked white rice. Mix with shallots and spoon over hot lemon sauce.
Enjoy!
Then finish the meal with a home-made Chinese Fortune Cookie.
Place a message in each cookie to accommodate the mood of the food. It is a exciting way to end any dinner.
Happy Cooking
