Companys representatives appear to delight in arguing with and stone-walling clients and some even brag on their blogs about early morning and late evening calling just to upset consumers to set them up for their day.
What sort of individual gets kicks from this sort of behavior? Do they even feel ahead of they call the reaction of the customer they call and whom they may well come in speak to with that day? Is this sort of action possibly more legal liability just waiting to occur?
