Kim, the 35-year-old star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, hasn t been shy about her pregnancy. She made the announcement on the show Don t Be Tardy and has shared several photos on Instagram. Johnson Controls appoints corporate development executive

<html>Johnson Controls Inc. named Bill Jackson to a newly created executive vice president of corporate development Wednesday, underscoring the new CEO's plans to change the focus of the company.

Jackson will report to Vice Chairman Alex Molinaroli,^{where to buy cheap nfl jerseys}, who becomes Johnson Controls' chief executive on Oct. 1.

"The creation of the corporate development function reflects our expressed commitment to invest in platforms for future growth and increasingly diversify the company's portfolio," Molinaroli said in a statement.

In an interview after being named CEO,cheap basketball jersey, Molinaroli told the Journal Sentinel that his vision for Johnson Controls is to be less reliant on the auto industry and for the company to become a "multi-industrial company."

Jackson will lead strategy development as well as merger and acquisition activity, as well as work with company businesses on growth and profit margin expansion plans.

The company has signaled to investors that it will be aggressive in considering divestitures of some of its businesses as it moves to invest in higher growth areas �� including the Milwaukee-based building efficiency business that sells air conditioning units and consults with building owners on ways to cut energy use.

Jackson joined Johnson Controls in 2011 and has led the company's automotive electronics and interiors businesses since last year. Johnson Controls is selling the electronics business lines.

The first divestiture was announced this summer, with Johnson Controls to be paid $700 million to sell its HomeLink wireless control system,
