We all need to rember to live and let live and stop playing judge as it is not our place. An example would be for homophobes to chill and let peoplebe who they are as long as it is not directly harming anyone. On the flip side of that specific coin, gay's should chill and stop trying to shovethere lifestyle in peoples faces and accept that some people don't agree with there way of life. As long as no one on either side is being harmedthen relax and break bread together, you might learn something.

The first to be called home to His Lord was Grant Jeffrey, a Canadian who passed from this life in May of 2012. Grant was a prolific writer on Bible prophecy themes. In 2000, his novel titled By Dawn's Early Light , which he co-wrote with Angela Hunt, won the Christy Award for futuristic Christian fiction. Grant also served as the host of a weekly television broadcast called "Bible Prophecy Revealed." Grant was working on a new book called, One Nation Under Attack at the time of his death. The book was completed by his colleague and fellow Canadian, Jack Kinsella.

The Syrian region was also second only to Jerusalem in importance for Christianity’s initial growth. The church in Antioch of Syria—a city 60 miles west of Aleppo, just past today’s Syrian border into modern-day Turkey—became a refuge for early Christians fleeing persecution in Jerusalem after Stephen, the first martyr of Christianity, was stoned to death. Paul made Antioch his headquarters for his famous missionary journeys when he founded churches in Philippi, Thessalonica, Corinth and Ephesus. Some scholars believe that Antioch was where the Gospel of Matthew was written, and the book of Acts notes that Antioch was the first place where the disciples were called ‘Christians.’

End times buffs have taken a special interest in the possibility of US military strikes in Syria. As I reported last week, popular evangelists and writers like Joel Rosenberg have spent much of the last five years talking up the possibility of a conflict that might fit the one outlined by Isaiah and Jeremiah in the Old Testament, in which Damascus is reduced to rubble. On Saturday, Rosenberg spoke about the Isaiah prophecy in Topeka, Kansas, at the invitation of Republican governor Sam Brownback. On Monday, he appeared on Fox News to elaborate on his views.

While some people may scoff at the idea of Syria World War 3 Bible prophecies or religious prophecies in general there are many who take the idea very seriously, including the leaders of powerful countries. For example, Iran’s Ahmadinejad believed the Twelfth Iman would usher in Islam’s messiah via World War 3 , destroying the entire world in the process. Ten years before Ronald Reagan ran for President a minister named George Otis prophesied Reagan would lead the United States against all odds. Ronald Reagan and both George Bush’s used to consult Bible experts on how world events might fit into Post Tribulation .

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince."
