Writing articles, particularly via an e-zine, may be the perfect opportunity to highlight your business. By sharing your knowledge and knowledge, you build credibility as a professional, while spreading the word about your services and goods.

While I'm sure that sometimes you've many content ideas, I bet other times you find yourself staring at a blank computer screen, moaning that it's creating time again. Well, have no fear! Here are 11 quick (and great) content ideas for when you are in-a pinch.

1. Give real-life stories to success.

Describe a problem you have fixed for a client/customer, and use that as a springboard to supply more general assistance. Show your readers how you have served customers handle difficulties -- 'situation studies' if you'll. This positions you as the expert in your readers' heads over your coming out and saying therefore.

2. Think of three areas where you had like your clients to think of you as a resource.

Now produce information in these areas. For example, in my past life being a professional copywriter, I really enjoyed writing for Web sites. I published several articles on the best way to create Web copy that sells, to help encourage my clients and prospects to employ me for these jobs.

3. Read business publications for a few ideas.

What are the hot dilemmas in your area today? The more controversial, the better. Don't forget to present your own view -- your readers wish to know it. After all, YOU are the expert to them.

4. Make note of 8 questions your customers have asked you-in yesteryear.

You know, the people they ask you over and over. Answer each in a brief report. Should you publish weekly, that's two weeks' worth of information, right off the bat! And if you're able to not think of any concerns, send your entire recent clients/customers a quick email, asking them what issues they are most interested in learning more about.

5. Understand anything nice recently from a market meeting, course, course, or useful post?

Nobody says you've to reinvent the wheel of data! Spread any gems of advice you've learned elsewhere -- just provide them with full attribution. Or give your opinion of the function or article itself. Your readers will appreciate your frankness.

6. Provide a set of your top 5 or 10 tips about a particular issue.

It's much easier to bang out a list of recommendations than to construct an actual article. Of course, the methods can evolve in-to a write-up if you want! Make sure you list your absolute best suggestion first, or at least near to the top. (If you 'fire your biggest gun' last, you risk losing your audience before they reach the great stuff.)

7. Interview associates whose expertise would interest your readers

(without competing with yours). Email interviews are incredibly easy-to do. Visit John Lim is a ideal library for further about how to provide for it. Just send your interviewee three to five questions via e-mail, modify their answers, and ask them to approve the final version. Be sure to give a short plug to them in your e-zine being a thank-you. (An one- or two-sentence description of these company and their Website should be fine.)

8. Recommend books and resources that you utilize, and offer complete reviews on them.In one issue of my old

ezine newsletters, 'AKB MarCom Tips,' I presented reviews of my favorite four copywriting reference books. I'm glad because I wound up making some good fee, to boot, I also gave my Amazon.com associate links!

9. Invite consumers or readers to publish you using their own questions, and answer one in each issue.

Right after their question, publish the individual's title, business, and Web address, making use of their permission. They'll benefit from the interest and free publicity!

1-0. Ask readers to outline pages.

Ask them to share with you about themselves -- their names, organizations, areas, and how they utilize the information acquired in-your e-zine. Feature one report in each situation or one every few dilemmas.

11. When everything else fails, use a write-up!

You'll find a large number of Internet sites providing countless articles as possible use within your e-zine. The articles are free and designed for you to utilize immediately. We discovered close window by searching the San Francisco Sun. The only real catch is you're required to leave the entire article in-tact, such as the author's promotional information. Certainly one of my favorite places to look for articles is www.ezinearticles.com.

One last note: Bear in mind when your e-zine's primary aim will be to get you more consumers and customers, you shouldn't feature other writers' articles more than once-in a blue moon. Remember our main goal is to continually display YOU.
