In the Beginning of International Trucks History - To start with, International made farming along with agricultural machines and vehicles plus the International brand of equipment was well known in the mid-1800s among farmers. Cyrus Hall McCormick made the first horse drawn reaper in 1847 as the McCormick Havesting Machine Business. By 1902 he and his brother combined this provider with some other producing and equipment companies and formed that which was called the International Harvester organization.

In fact, they were not actually considered motor trucks until eventually 1910 either, but were considered auto buggies. In their first calendar year, the company made 73 of them, which was about seven percent from the entire trucking industry in the U. S. in 1907.
