The Jeep Overland Limited Jogging Stroller Vs The BOB Revolution Stroller

Okay, so you're stuck involving the Jeep Overland Limited Jogging Stroller, and also the BOB Revolution Stroller. I can discover why, they are both extremely well built, with comfortable child seats built with a 5-point child safety harness, and multiple seat reclining positions, adjustable rain/sun hoods, large under-seat storage, parking brakes, and running leashes. Both the Jeep as well as the BOB have excellent reviews also. This could be a tricky decision, however, there are several unique features that set both of these jogging strollers apart. Let's have a look, shall we?

First, of all, the suspension systems. The Jeep Overland delivers a spring loaded suspension system, which makes for the extremely smooth ride. The BOB Revolution offers a shock absorbing suspension system, also smooth, however, the BOB's shock absorbers could be adjusted, based on terrain, as well as the weight of your own growing child. The BOB Revolution's max weight is 70 pounds, whereas the Jeep Jogger only increases to 45 pounds. The BOB Revolution also weighs less, 23 pounds compared to Jeep's 28 pounds. When you examine what all you get with that extra 5 pounds, it doesn't seem so bad, though five pounds may seem like a lot. The Jeep Overland Jogging Stroller includes plenty of extra's including, a kid snack tray with cup holder, a hand brake for all those extra steep hills, a variable handle with multiple heights and various angles, as well as a parent tray with the iBaby sounds system that provides you and the child the cabability to tune in to tunes on the trail. The parent tray also includes cup holders, and storage for keys, mobile phone, etc. With those extra's, it appears as if a fairly simple decision, however you may still find a couple of essential key features to check.

Number 1, the front wheels. The Jeep comes built with a fixed front wheel, whereas the BOB provides a locking swivel front wheel. This means that when it comes to turning the Jeep Jogging stroller, you must pop-a-wheelie in order to do so, while the BOB Revolution simply turns on a dime. The Jeep was designed for the "SERIOUS" runner, and the BOB was designed for the "ALMOST SERIOUS" runner,. That's the reason for this. Almost serious means, that you tell people you're going out for a jog, and you find yourself just walking really fast 80% of the time. Hey... I'm not poking fun, I'm the "ALMOST SERIOUS, BUT NOT QUITE, BECAUSE I'M EXTREMELY LAZY" jogger. Therefore, the BOB Revolution will be more my style. I like being able to navigate through the grocery store easily. Alternatively, around tight corners without lifting the front end up. I enjoy because you can lock the front swivel wheel, and also have the added convenience a sturdy fixed wheel when I'm "ALMOST SERIOUS" about jogging. However, what I don't like about the BOB Revolution, is the price. The listing price for that Jeep Overland Limited Jogging Stroller is $239.99, over 100 dollars under the BOB Revolution, priced at $389.00. That is a huge difference. You must also keep in mind that the BOB' resale value is also through the roof, however. It is possible to sell a pre-owned BOB for almost the same price as possible get a new Jeep Overland. The BOB has a HUGE following. That's the reason for that. People like this jogging stroller. They claim it's like pushing air, light as a feather, and totally well worth the extra money. The Jeep even offers excellent reviews, however I did so find a few complaints regarding the front wheel, apparently, a number of people bought it without realizing the top wheel was fixed. I guess which may tick me off too.

In conclusion, if you are a "SERIOUS" runner, you may want to take a better look at the Jeep Overland Limited Jogging Stroller. If you're an "ALMOST SERIOUS" runner, you may want to consider taking a loan out to buy the BOB Revolution Stroller. Good luck, hope this helps!
