A good parent in my opinion is considered as one who can display her child just how much it is loved, one that can discipline the little one, one who can be trusted then one who shows respect. A kid that is shown respect easily returns the favor.

I believe in teaching morals and setting rules for children. A child that has rules to adhere to in most cases turns out to be the little one with more respect. When i state rules I do not mean rules which can be set at a correctional facility for inmates. I will be speaking about basic rules and morals in the household to develop that child in to the citizens we admire today.

Both mom and dad should be on the same page when coming up with a decision about your child. One parent should not be saying yes and the other parent saying no thank you. This will create animosity involving the child and the parent who said no.
