A Review of Musicnotes - Digital Written music Dealer
sheetmusicbot.com - Are you an artist? Can you find the written music you want? If you are anything like me, then the answer is no. Even though town I live in isn't that small, there still is not a large selection of stores when it comes to music. There is only one small music store i go to (and only on rare occasions) once i need something immediately, like strings for example.
sheet music bot - When I are interested sheet music though, that little shop isn't much help. There's only a small selection of sheet music for the most popular genres and many popular instruments. In order to play Beethoven piano arrangements you are fine, but if you want something else then you are out of luck.
sheet music - I could not find what I wanted during my area, so shopping online was my only alternative. After trying different online written music dealers I finally came across one that I really liked-Musicnotes. This website offered instant digital written music and I thought it sounded cool, but wasn't sure how "digital" music works.
I realized that it was really easy to get it done though. In order for a digital sheet music to work, you need to do need to have special written music software, but you can download that free of charge on the Musicnotes website. After downloading the disposable software I began looking through the music database. It was completely different from my local music store!
This site has thousands of songs to download the sheets for, plus many different genres. The grade of the site is great and I have never had interest in purchasing from a local store again. It is possible to buy exactly what I'd like and I don't need to leave the house. I can look for a song, download the sheet music, and learn it right away.
At first I was leery in regards to the musicnotes player software, the good news is love it! It has many features which help you to learn songs including being able to transpose, change the tempo, or learn one area of the song at a time.
The sole downside I can see using this program is that you must be on a computer for these features to work. But, if you'd like you can print from the sheet music like you normally would. Since I use a digital piano, I just slide that up next to my computer so I can use the software though, it really is a big help.
