3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weightloss program that promises you are able to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You can find added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....Take action! Start slow. A short walk everyday can do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!
4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. Unless you get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is not condusive to fat loss.
