3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weightloss routine that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You can find added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....Take action! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. If you don't get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This isn't condusive to fat loss.

Fat loss really is not rocket science. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
