3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weight loss program that promises you can lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You will find added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....Get it done! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. If you do not get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is not condusive to fat loss.

Fat loss really is not brain surgery. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
