1. Water: Drink no less than 8 glasses a day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this is hard, try squeezing lemon juice in it or even adding for example Crystal Light. One trick I take advantage of is drinking from crystal stemware...Yes, it sounds silly, however it works for me...I will be special enough to drink water out of a fairly glass!

2. Graze: In case you are eating three daily meals you are really doing your disservice...and heaven forbid you take in just once in hopes of shedding pounds! Eating small meals each day will not only stabilize your blood sugar levels, it also has a thermic effect! What this means is your metabolism accelerates!

3. Exercise: You MUST move! Any weightloss routine that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....DO IT! Start slow. A short walk everyday can do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. If you don't get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is simply not condusive to fat loss.

Fat reduction really is not brain surgery. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
