One trick I use is drinking from crystal stemware...It sounds silly, nevertheless it works for me...I am special enough to consume water out of a fairly glass!

2. Graze: In case you are eating three daily meals you are really doing your hair a disservice...and heaven forbid you take in just once in hopes of losing weight! Eating small meals each day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! What this means is your metabolism accelerates!

3. Exercise: You MUST move! Any weightloss routine that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You will find added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....Get it done! Start slow. A short walk everyday is going to do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. Unless you get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is not condusive to fat loss.
