2. Graze: In case you are eating three daily meals you are really doing yourself a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of shedding pounds! Eating small meals during the day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! This means your metabolism accelerates!
3. Exercise: You need to move! Any weight loss program that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail!
