2. Graze: If you are eating three meals a day you are really doing your disservice...and heaven forbid you eat just once in hopes of slimming down! Eating small meals during the day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! What this means is your metabolism speeds up!

3. Exercise: You need to move! Any weight loss program that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You will find added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....DO IT! Start slow. A short walk everyday is going to do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. Unless you get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is simply not condusive to fat loss.

Weight loss really is not brain surgery. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
