1. Water: Drink no less than 8 glasses each day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this describes hard, try squeezing lemon juice in it or even adding a product like Crystal Light. One trick I use is drinking from crystal stemware...It sounds silly, but it works for me...I am special enough to consume water out of a pretty glass!
2. Graze: If you are eating three daily meals you are really doing your hair a disservice...and heaven forbid you take in just once in hopes of slimming down! Eating small meals during the day will not only stabilize your blood glucose, it also has a thermic effect! This means your metabolism speeds up!
3. Exercise: You need to move! Any weightloss routine that promises you are able to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....DO IT! Start slow. A short walk everyday can do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!
4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. If you do not get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is not condusive to fat loss.
Fat loss really is not nuclear physics. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
