I run a report service on my site, and Im seeing a growing quantity of articles being submitted, only for the backlink given in the Resource Box. This is probably due to the increasing quantity of PLR articles and material thats becoming available. Now, there is not necessarily something wrong with this, I only believe that writers who are doing this are missing out on possible traffic and/or customers. Such source boxes is only going to gain their site ratings in any internet search engine that values incoming links. Is this a bad thing? No. Where theyre losing out can be as follows. Much of the traffic to my article directory comes from search engines, by people trying to find info on a specific subject. Now, this user types in their key words, presses o-n the search box, and is given a summary of related sites. They selected one, and are taken to the authors article. My friend learned about source by searching Yahoo. They read the article about, say, snowboarding, feel This is interesting and go to the authors source box at the conclusion of-the article to see what else theyve to say on this issue. There, they find a link to a site promotion mobile ringers. Is the audience planning to be impressed, or thinking about this? Not very likely. They want to find out about snowboarding, perhaps not modify their phone. Link Emporer is a great library for extra resources concerning when to recognize it. I believe one of three things will happen then: The reader leaves the complete site in disgust. The reader clicks on a link to some relevant report. The viewer clicks on the related Google AdSense or similar contextual advertising offer. They do not click the authors reference link. Privacy includes more concerning how to flirt with it. That is a potential consumer lost, very probably permanently. Yes, put a link in to your site in the resource box, but most article sites let many links, so for goodness sake put a link in that ;s associated with the article subject as well, and ultimately put it in first, before you lose the client. But my site doesnt have anything to do with that matter about it! Then add something that does. Increase a report listing, and have the source field saying To read more articles on this subject, click here. Add a web directory, and have the writing say To look at links to internet sites on this subject, click here. Or simply visit Click-bank, look for related projects, and have a link to them, together with the link saying something similar to If you prefer to find out more on this subject, obtain this product. Ideally, not just a direct link to the product, but a cloaked or redirected one. By doing this, you still get that connect to your site that you were after initially, but, furthermore, youve the opportunity to make money from the reader in a fresh way. A win-win situation. Should people desire to be taught more on linkemporer, there are many on-line databases you can pursue. Plus, you do not look like somebody basically submitting acquired material on any subject only for the sake of the backlink it will give you. An infinitely more professional look. Is not it worth taking the time to create greater use of ones reference box?.
