Their size: one is clearly still a cellphone, similar to the previous brothers, with a 4.7-inch screen, and the other moves definitely into the "phablet" market, with an enormous 5.5-inch display.

The most important feature advancement we note is the bigger battery in the 6 Plus. Yes, it's to power a bigger display, but general battery performance has finally improved. Hopefully users will not need to plug their phone into a wall twice a day only to reply to a text.

What would we choose? Both versions are too close to split the decision. Get both devices and see which one feels better, because everything else about these devices will effectively be the same. There's far too little inside. If you're a massive complainer over battery power, take the 6 Plus.
