I have been given the iPhone 6 as a present under the condition that I take great care of it. I am a bit of an Apple fan however I particularly love the iPhone 6. Im a student and use it to record lectures and pretty much depend on it. The obvious thing I needed was a good case so I searched Amazon.co.uk and found one from Boom called Shock-2. Amazon is cool for their fast delivery and its generally pretty free of hassle with an order. Anyhow the case was actually impressive and because Ive been using it for a few weeks now I believed Id post my comments. PROTECTION It is actually solid and safeguards the phone well. In fact I seem like Im less most likely to drop the phone since it has such a great grip. The corners have some extra air cushioning and there is a little lip on the front so when I put it down on my desk the screen does not really come in contact with the surface and I would assume this would help if I dropped it on its face. Great touch. SIZE It is still nice and slim so if you are worried about getting into tank territory like some other cases then you neednt at all. If you work on a building site this might not be for you but for basic use this is the ideal balance between a slim case and protecting my phone from myself As iPhones hold such an excellent used value its worth getting a great case so you can resell it like I did with my iPhone 5S STAND I didnt purchase the case for the stand but it is really convenient. I view a lot of lectures and videos on my phone while I work and it is perfect to have it beside me using the stand while I am keying on my laptop. When I am travelling and dont have my laptop computer I also enjoy movies on it and the stand is truly practical. Actually strong and does not fall over quickly like other stands. GRIP Lets be straight the grip on most phones these days is awful. Most likely one of the best things about this case is how they have sorted that issue to the max. The back has a rubbery texture and grid pattern like a tyre and there are even anti-slip panels on the side too. More grip. Less drops If you have an iPhone 6 I would definitely recommend the Boom Shock-2. I bought it on Amazon.co.uk and it was definitely cheaper than elsewhere.
