2. Graze: If you are eating three daily meals you are really doing yourself a disservice...and heaven forbid you eat just once in hopes of shedding pounds! Eating small meals each day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! What this means is your metabolism accelerates!

3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weight loss program that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....DO IT! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. If you do not get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is not condusive to fat loss.

Fat reduction really is not rocket science. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
