One trick I use is drinking from crystal stemware...I know it sounds silly, but it works for me...I will be special enough to consume water out of a pretty glass!

2. Graze: In case you are eating three daily meals you are really doing your disservice...and heaven forbid you take in just once in hopes of losing weight! Eating small meals during the day will not only stabilize your blood glucose, it also has a thermic effect! This implies your metabolism accelerates!

3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weightloss routine that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You will find added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....Take action! Start slow. A short walk everyday can do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!
