It was not long ago that there were still some people that did not know very well what electronic cigarettes were. E-Cigarette kits have the primary end, which supports the 'guts' from the cigarette, which is the atomizer plus a small battery, and e-cigarette kits also usually come with 1 or 2 batteries as well, therefore the smoker may have one battery charging even though the other will be used. The battery is actually like the lighter or match for the cigarette: without one, the electric cigarettes would be worthless, and since the smoker can't do anything like drink the e-liquid, they're completely playing a useless cigarette unless they have a charged battery readily available, plus some e-liquid to refill their cigarettes with or some disposable e-cartridges, which some e-cigarette kits have.
After smokers are past their initial hesitations about choosing to buy electric cigarettes or buying starter e-cigarette kits, they generally appear to make the switch completely. Non-smokers aren't complaining either, so it seems everyone seems happier!
