2. Graze: If you're eating three daily meals you are really doing yourself a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of losing weight! Eating small meals each day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! This implies your metabolism accelerates!

3. Exercise: You have to move! Any weight loss program that promises you can lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....Get it done! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. If you do not get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This isn't condusive to fat loss.
