saving money - Good parenting skills needs to be practiced everyday and many types of day. It is a challenging task but we have to maintain it throughout. Children understand what makes you tick and just what humors you. They will try items to test you, that's the reason I emphasize on maintaining rules in general.

A good parent in my opinion is considered as one who can present her child simply how much it is loved, person who can discipline the little one, one who can be trusted and something who shows respect. A child that is shown respect easily returns the favor.

I believe in teaching morals and setting rules for children. A child that has rules to follow along with in most cases turns out to be the child with more respect. When i state rules I do not mean rules that are set at a correctional facility for inmates. I'm speaking about basic rules and morals in the household to develop that child in to the citizens we admire today.

imagination - Setting a bedtime for the child at an early age and staying with it is the start of showing good parenting skills. In this way children will realize that bed time is 8:00 or 8:30pm and that is final.

Here are a few basic parenting tips that will assist you to maintain good parenting skills:

Never promise your youngster that you will attend his football game or her dance recital and you also did not show up. This makes your child doubt your belief.

Never give a punishment and never follow through. For e.g. you said there will be no video games for this week but before the middle of the week the kid is playing the games as you allowed it. This child already realized you cannot keep your word. It's going to create a lack of trust which can cause problems in the future.

Both parents should be on the same page when coming up with a decision about your child. One parent shouldn't be saying yes and the other parent saying no. This will create animosity between the child and the parent who said no.

stories set to music - You do not need to buy our child's love. If we implement the right policies and hang up standards he will thank you for what you are a symbol of. Before you know it he will arrive at understand that what you are doing is at his best interest.
