3 Methods For Being truly a Effective Avon Representative3160544

De BISAWiki

I never had any experience in sales. For the bulk of my adult life, I worked in a family company with an extremely small worker count, 4 individuals. That is right, 4 people. Therefore, I was in a very insulated, isolated surroundings. When this job was no longer going to be in existence, I'd to discover something different to do to earn money.

I discovered an Avon advertisement on t.v., and thought, why not? I met with a wonderful woman who would be my supervisor. I was very suspicious this would work, but I started slowly, handing out brochures to family and friends. They of course placed orders, therefore it started. Slowly my customer base began to develop and I began to learn how to be a saleswoman. Therefore, here are my 3 tips to be a successful Avon Representative.

Hint no 1... Talk Avon everywhere you move. Take it up in most discussions with every one. Discuss the jewellery you are wearing, the perfume you are sporting, the bag you are taking, because of course, they are all Avon. Follow the rule of 3, speak to a minimum of 3 people everyday about your business. Constantly have your Avon brochures with you, inside your purse, in your car, in the stroller. Get their contact information, when talking to people.

Tip # 2... Follow up! It is not enough to expect them to phone you and hand a book to someone. Let us encounter it, YOU may love Avon, but these individuals have a lifestyle and they'll not make sure to contact you. If you need to get purchases, you should call them and follow up. A few days before my order gets posted, I deliver a general email reminder to these customers who are on my e-mail list, and for the customers who don't have email, I begin calling if they would like something to see. So often times people will say, oh I am so happy you called, I desired...

Hint no 3... Be organized. If you keep your papers in a heap on your table, you will lose orders and lose customers. Constantly ensure your order is posted on time. Keep an excel spreadsheet to keep tabs on which clients got which brochures. When you get really active and have a large customer base, it's important to record this. Keep accounts organized so you can keep track of who is compensated in full and who owes you money.
