Does anyone in your household have a snoring problem? I've finally found a remedy. About 2 yrs ago I started to snore. It got to the point that my soul mate, wife and partner of over 36 years had to sleep on the couch and leave the place. I also had sleep apnea. I'd stop breathing and my wife stayed awake to ensure I would start breathing again. In summary she wasnt getting much sleep through the night, and I wasnt getting much quality sleep sometimes. Either Gila (my wife) was shaking me to have me to breath or I was waking myself up with all the noise. Finally in regards to a year ago I went along to the local sleep clinic. Their conclusion was I was a candidate for the positive air pressure masks one wears at night to cure the problem. My wife said NO compared to that idea, as the sound from the device will be as bad as my snoring. About a year after my visit to the sleep clinic I saw an ad on the internet by chance. It mentioned a develop named a Snore Guard. I called the physician at the sleep center and asked why he never mentioned this possible alternative last year. He said he didnt deliver it up because most dental insurance plans don't buy it. It was obvious form his answer that he was just profit motivated. To produce a long story short, I went along to my dentist and got the snore guard. It worked! And to top it off, my dental insurance covered all but about $125. I dont snore and I dont stop sucking in my sleep. Personally I think rested in the morning and best-of all, my spouse can sleep all night for the very first time in two years. The dentist said they've a few 80-85 success rate with this machine. I was real astonished that I didnt know about my wife was a dental technician previously and this revolutionary product sine I was a dental technician in the Military and her brother is currently a dental technician. I wish I had known concerning this earlier. The brand of the appliance that I use is Silent Nite. Ask your dentist about it or just the common term "snore guard" to see what he or she may advise.
