If this describes hard, try squeezing lemon juice in it or even adding for example Crystal Light. One trick I personally use is drinking from crystal stemware...Yes, it sounds silly, nevertheless it works for me...I'm special enough to drink water out of a fairly glass!

2. Graze: If you are eating three daily meals you are really doing your hair a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of slimming down! Eating small meals each day will not only stabilize your blood sugar levels, it also has a thermic effect! This implies your metabolism increases!

3. Exercise: You MUST move! Any weightloss routine that promises you are able to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! You will find added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....Take action! Start slow.
