A Review of Musicnotes - Digital Written music Dealer
sheet music bot - Are you a musician? Can you find the sheet music you want? If you are at all like me, then the answer is no. Even though town I live in is certainly not small, there still isn't an large selection of stores when it comes to music. There is just one small music store which i go to (and only on rare occasions) once i need something immediately, like guitar strings for example.
sheetmusicbot - When I want to buy sheet music though, that little shop isn't much help. There is only a small selection of sheet music for the most popular genres and a lot popular instruments. If you wish to play Beethoven piano arrangements then you are fine, but if you want another thing then you are out of luck.
sheetmusicbot.com - I couldn't find what I wanted during my area, so shopping online was my only alternative. After trying different online sheet music dealers I finally discovered one that I really liked-Musicnotes. This website offered instant digital written music and I thought it sounded cool, but wasn't sure how "digital" music works.
I discovered that it was really easy to get it done though. In order for a digital sheet music to work, you are doing need to have special sheet music software, but you can download that at no cost on the Musicnotes website. After downloading the free software I began looking through the music database. It absolutely was completely different from my local music store!
This web site has thousands of songs to download the sheets for, as well as in many different genres. The grade of the site is great and I have never had interest in buying from a local store again. You can easily buy exactly what I want and I don't even need to leave the house. I can find a song, download the written music, and learn it straight away.
At first I was leery concerning the musicnotes player software, but now love it! It has many features which help you to learn songs for example being able to transpose, change the tempo, or learn one section of the song at a time.
The sole downside I can see with this particular program is that you must be on a computer of these features to work. But, if you would like you can print off the sheet music like you normally would. Since I use a digital piano, I just slide that up close to my computer so i could use the software though, it truly is a big help.
