Looking For and Buying a Home in Trinity Florida
De BISAWiki
Once we first considered moving to Florida, our first thought was to look for a brand new house in Pinellas County or Hillsborough County. After all, Pinellas County is close to all those good Gulf shores, not to mention Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Hillsborough County had the city of Tampa. There were lots of good schools in the Tampa Bay area, also, because we have two children that has been very important to us. Questioning around, we discovered that all the purchase here neighboring areas run under a school choice program. What this signifies is that you must use for your first, second, and third choice schools and wait for a remedy to hear if you have been recognized. Living nearby to the school of one's choice doesn't always affect your acceptance. Most families do end up getting their first choice school, but there's a tiny chance that if the registration date is missed by you or if that school is complete, you could be given another school. Well, we missed the registration days. We happened upon the town of Trinity in Pasco County, Florida, as we considered the thought of a private school. Trinity is really a new master in the pipeline neighborhood just beyond the Pinellas County border. A new community means lots of new schools and newer construction for possible homes for our family. So we looked more.
What we present in Trinity and Trinity property was an excellent surprise. The pastures are still grazed by cows here, providing a peaceful country setting to Trinity. No traffic here, no obstruction. The community was quiet but growing. New firms and shops were sprouting up over the main streets in your community. Several wonderful subdivisions were in development. We started to discover areas and get to know the location. With many good schools in the Trinity group, we'd don't have any problem stepping into the neighborhood schools. We chosen a house in the Fox Wood Community, Trinity's largest community. Fox Wood is really a gated community with walking paths, two community areas, and a covered pavilion. There are other good areas too, like Thousand Oaks, Trinity Oaks, Trinity West, Fox Hollow, Champions Club, and Heritage Springs for all those 55 years of age and over. We liked what we found in Trinity property.
As for the beaches, we're still near these great Gulf beaches of Pinellas County. Trinity is only in regards to a 5 minute drive to the line of Pinellas. Pasco County has some beaches of its own, too, like Hudson Beach and Robert K. Rees Park. We're near the cities of Pinellas and Hillsborough also. Actually, with the Suncoast Parkway just a couple of minutes away on Rt. 54, we could shoot right down to Tampa in about 20 minutes. The Tampa International Airport is really convenient too, having an easy exit next to the Suncoast.
Great shores, colleges, restaurants, retailers, and urban cities nearby and a great choice in real-estate! That's why we love Trinity, Florida.
