1. Water: Drink no less than 8 glasses each day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this is hard, try squeezing freshly squeezed lemon juice in it or even adding for example Crystal Light. One trick I personally use is drinking from crystal stemware...It sounds silly, nevertheless it works for me...I will be special enough to drink water out of a pretty glass!

2. Graze: In case you are eating three daily meals you are really doing your hair a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of slimming down! Eating small meals throughout the day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! This means your metabolism speeds up!

3. Exercise: You MUST move! Any weightloss routine that promises you can lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation....Get it done! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. If you don't get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This isn't condusive to fat loss.

Weight loss really is not rocket science. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
