In a cocktail shaker partially filled with Perrier ice, combine vodka, blue Curacao and a good splash of orange juice; set aside. Dip edge of wide-mouth glass, such as a martini or daiquiri glass, in water or orange juice; then dip in plate covered with sugar. Add Perrier to glass, shake contents of cocktail shaker well. Crush four ice cubes and place in chilled martini glass, along with melon Midori. Shake up the vodka, Southern Comfort and fruit juice. Pour carefully on top of the crushed ice. Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Serve with an olive or a twist of lemon. GIN RICKEY2 oz gin juice of 1 lime 8 oz carbonated water ice
