Three Methods For Being truly a Successful Avon Representative9943128
De BISAWiki
I never had any experience in sales. For the majority of my grownup life, I worked in a family enterprise with an extremely small worker count, 4 people. That is right, 4 individuals. So, I was in a very insulated, isolated environment. When this occupation was no more going to maintain existence, I'd to discover another thing to do to make money.
I came across an Avon commercial on t.v., and considered, why not? I satisfied with a splendid woman who be my supervisor. I was initially quite suspicious that works, but I began slowly, handing out brochures to family and friends. They obviously placed orders, and thus it started. Gradually my customer base began to grow and I began to understand how to be a saleswoman. Therefore, here are my 3 suggestions for being a productive Avon Representative.
Tip #1... Talk Avon everywhere you go. Bring it up in most discussions with every one. Talk about the jewelry you are wearing, the perfume you are wearing, the bag you are carrying, because of course, they are all Avon. Follow the rule of 3, speak to at least three people everyday about your company. Constantly have your Avon brochures with you, in your purse, in your vehicle, in the stroller. Get their contact information, when speaking with people.
Tip no 2... Followup! It isn't enough to palm a novel to somebody and expect them to call you. Let us encounter it, YOU may love Avon, but these individuals have a lifestyle and they will not remember to contact you. If you want to get orders, you must contact them and follow-up. A few days before my purchase gets submitted, a general email reminder is sent by me to these customers who are on my e-mail list, and for the customers who don't have email, I start calling to find out when they would like something. So often times people may say, oh I am so glad you called, I desired...
Hint number 3... Be arranged. If your papers are kept by you in a pile on your desk, you may lose requests and lose clients. Always ensure your order is submitted promptly. Keep an excel spreadsheet to keep track of which clients got which brochures. Once you have a large customer base and get really active, it is important to keep an eye on this. Keep invoices organized so you can keep track of who owes you money and who is paid in full.
