Beef With Broccoli is a vintage when it comes to chinese cooking. It generates a perfect plate for almost all occasions.
Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup (125 mL) chicken broth
2 Tbsp cornstarch (if desired)
Directions:
Piece beef and mix together marinade ingredients. Put gravy to beef and marinate for 30 mins. Increase 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil to beef, combine in thoroughly, and marinate beef for another half an hour. While beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables.
