Beginner’s Face

De BISAWiki

The neck and the face are two of the most problematic areas for many people, because lines and wrinkles that form here are the most visible and obvious during social interactions. Many people feel inferior because of the ridges and folds on the skin of their faces.

If you feel this way, and would like to remedy the situation without having to spend thousands of dollars on doctor’s fees, there is a great remedy waiting for you. This is actually a very natural remedy, and it has been used by thousands of people in the past to fix drooping cheeks, jowls, wrinkles, and even fine lines around the eyes. This method is called face exercise.

As the name implies, face exercise involves moving the muscles on the face to achieve a particular outcome. Each face exercise targets one or many facial muscles, with the ultimate goal of toning and strengthening said muscles to improve the outward appearance of the skin that is resting on top of the muscles.

The first exercise that I’m going to teach you is an advanced technique that will stimulate all of your facial muscles at once. The first step is to compress all of the muscles of your face as if you were trying to avoid something that is hurtling toward you. Squeeze those facial muscles as hard as you can, and just keep squeezing until you can no longer do it.

When you are done squeezing your facial muscles, release the tension and let out your tongue. Stretch your tongue as far out as possible and, as you do so, I want you to open your eyes as if you wanted to aerate your eyes for the first time.

After the second step, repeat the first step, and make sure that you keep the tension throughout your face. It is important that you learn to really squeeze your facial muscles, because that is when the muscles are really exercised. The relaxation phase is important, but if you are just mildly squeezing the facial muscles, you are not getting the most out of the facial exercise.

The second exercise that I am going to teach you is another advanced variation that involves several interconnected movements. You can perform this exercise while standing up, or while seated on a comfortable chair.

If you can perform this exercise in front of a mirror, that is ideal since you will be able to check if your form is correct or not. The first step is to turn your head as if you were trying to see if there was a bird flapping its wings on your right side. Turn your head towards the ceiling gently. As you do, close your eyes and make a big smile.

Hold this position for three counts, and gently turn back to your normal position. Perform the same movement on the left side: turn your head and smile, so that you will be able to stimulate numerous muscles at the same time. The added tension as a result of the head tilt will also stimulate the muscles connecting the jawline to the neck.
