3. Exercise: You MUST move! Any weightloss program that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: diet pill and mood elevation....DO IT! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you progress the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Reach least 8 hours. Unless you get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This isn't condusive to fat loss.
