2. Graze: If you're eating three meals a day you are really doing your hair a disservice...and heaven forbid you consume just once in hopes of shedding pounds! Eating small meals during the day will not only stabilize your blood glucose, it also has a thermic effect! This implies your metabolism increases!

3. Exercise: You need to move! Any weight loss program that promises it is possible to lose body fat without actually moving will fail!
