The problem with these homes is the outside space is frequently tight with little privacy between neighbors and little if any yard space. Not to mention the rental price is generally higher as these types of home rentals will be in higher demand.

Family parks are intended for families with children and will often have playgrounds, swimming pools and common areas for youngsters to play safely in.
